Gateway installation and accessories

First, install the gateway with proper accessories and connect it to your local network.

You should be able to ping the gateway default IP address of µWiotys at 192.168.1.100. (or DHCP IP if requested)

Open Control Panel.
Click on Network and Internet.
Click on Network and Share Center.
Click the Change adapter settings from the left navigation pane.
Right-click the network adapter and select the Properties option.
Double click on the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) option.
Select the Use this following IP address option.

In the IP address field specify an address for the device. For example, 192.168.1.111.
In the Subnet mask field specify the subnet address for the network. For example, 255.255.255.0.
Click the OK button.

If this is not possible, please make sure that the necessary ports are open listed in Description.

As soon as you logged in, you will be on the dashboard page that shows you the status of your gateway.

Warning The LoRaWAN device should only be started after the configuration is successfully done. µWiotys configuration must be valid before the device does a Join Request.

Read sensors data (Modbus/BACnet)

Finally, you can see your device's data based on the µWiotys output protocol.
